- Visit /apply and fill out the short form. I read every application and reply within a couple of business days. If we're a fit, I'll send you a link to book a free 30-minute consult.
- A 30-minute video call where we figure out what you actually want to build, whether I'm the right person to help, and what a Build Session would look like. No prep needed — just show up. There's no charge and no obligation to book a paid session afterward.
- Build Sessions are 60 minutes and paid per-session — no subscription. After the free fit call, if we decide to do a paid session, I'll send you the current rate and a booking link. You always see the exact amount before you confirm a booking, and the consult itself is always free.
- Yes — both are self-service from /account. Cancel up to 24 hours before the session for a full refund. Reschedule up to 48 hours before. Inside those windows, email or text me and I'll work it out.
- Yes, by default — I record on Google Meet so you have something to refer back to. Recordings are stored in your private folder and auto-deleted after 90 days unless you opt in to longer retention. You can always email me to delete a recording sooner.
- Sign-in is via a magic link sent to your email. If you didn't get it, check spam, then check that you're using the same email address you applied with. If still stuck, email noah@noahratzan.com and I'll resend manually.
- Email or text me as soon as you know — we'll reschedule. If a session is missed without notice, the slot is forfeit but I'll work with you in good faith if life happens. Just let me know.
- At /account. You'll see your next session, past sessions with their recordings, and any prep notes I've sent. The Google Meet link is on the booking detail page.
- Cancel from /account and the refund processes automatically (3-5 business days back to your card). For special situations, email noah@noahratzan.com — see the full refund policy for details.
